The Promsvyazbank Moscow Marathon route offers a spectacular tour of Russia’s capital, from the embankment of the Moskva River by Moscow City, to the Garden Ring, across Krymsky Bridge, along the Boulevard Ring and on Tverskaya Street, through Teatralny Passage and under the walls of the Kremlin before finally reaching the finish line at the Luzhniki Olympic Complex.
Over the course of the race, participants will be able to see more than 30 world-famous attractions, including the Kremlin, the Cathedral of Christ the Savior, the Bolshoi Theatre, Moscow City, and four of the Seven Sisters skyscrapers.

Certificate AIMS
Promsvyazbank Moscow Marathon course is certified by AIMS (Association of International Marathons and Distance Races) and meet the standards of IAAF (International Association of Athletics Federations).

Age groups and awards

42,2 km: men and women who place 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th will receive awards
10 km: men and women who place 1st, 2nd and 3rd will receive awards

Age-group awards
Participants of the full marathon will be grouped in the following male and female age groups: 18-19, 20-22, 23-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65 and over. Men and women who place 1st, 2nd or 3rd within their age groups will receive awards.

Corporate relay
Teams that place 1st, 2nd or 3rd will receive awards. Awards will be presented after participants cross the finish line.

Wheelchair nad handcycle race
In the handcycle race, awards will be given to men and women who place 1st, 2nd or 3rd in the following categories:
– MH1MM (international classification MH1 и MH2) handcycle, men, changes in the body at the level of the cervical spine
– MH2MM (international classification MH3, MH4, MH5) handcycle, men, all other classes of changes
– WH1MM (international classification WH1 и WH2) handcycle, women, changes in the body at the level of the cervical spine
– WH2MM (international classification WH3, WH4, WH5) handcycle, women, all other classes of changes
